Allow yourself to have bad days, weeks or maybe even months. Its hard to stay motivated all the time. Focus on trying to find a balance, a minimum time to exercise weekly. Its hard to get back on track now but remember it wont get easier so the faster u go back to having a minimum the best it will be.

Set new goals, watch tv shows about weight loss, read healthy magazines… update ur playlist, buy new workout clothes. Just stop feeling bad about what went wrong and focus on ur potential and how great it made u feel! Β :)
